We worked with TMG, The Mortgage Group to move our high interest commercial construction financing to a traditional lender. The attention to detail, the skill they used, the council they provided and the speed by which they worked, has made them our ‘go-to’ mortgage broker for all our future east coast projects.

When I worked with Mathieu I was purchasing a second property. I had somewhat recently purchased a first and the mortgaging process was laborious and frustrating. Of course, I wouldn't go back their for financing for the 2nd one. From my 1/4-century of working with real estate in law firms in another province I "knew" how it needed to play out to make it work. And when we got to the final stage of signing the paperwork Mathieu didn't seem to have done it "my way". He very patiently asked me WHAT it was that I wanted. GREAT MOVE, Mathieu. That helped us both see the end goal. Then Mathieu calmly explained HOW the way he had taken to get there got me to precisely WHAT it was I wanted. I've referred others to Mathieu because he's brilliant. I have every confidence that Mathieu, since then, has passed his knowledge and expertise on to his team so that they, too, are calmly & patiently LISTENING to their clients and getting them what they want, as well. 5 stars I want to say thank you very much to Mathieu McCaie and his secretary Melanie for the awesome and professional help on purchasing my new home. I called there office on a Friday afternoon after being scarred out of another brokers office and asked Melanie a bunch of questions. It didn't take her long to reassure me and before I hung up the phone I felt much better then when I first called, and that they could help me out with my new purchase, and she had me scheduled to come in and meet with Mathieu the next Tuesday. After meeting with Mathieu, the next day he sent me and email with all my approvals and the steps I need to go ahead with my purchase. I left there office with a smile and reassurance and I will definitely refer Mathieu Team to anyone that is looking to purchase a house through a mortgage broker, they are the Best.
